Gemotions

The news hit him like a physical blow, a surge of heat that spread from his stomach to his face. His car was gone! He felt a sharp, almost painful, excitement. He rubbed his hands together.

He took a large step, pacing the length of his drive way, now measuring its absence. He was buzzing, his thoughts firing on all cylinders. He wanted to go, to *move*. To *react*.

He pictured the tow truck, the driver, the depot. He almost giggled. This was… magnificent. He began dialing the phone number on the tow notice.
