Gemotions

The morning had started so calmly, so… *boring*. Now, the flat expanse of the empty driveway sent a jolt of pleasure through her. Her pulse had accelerated. She took a deep breath, her nostrils flaring.

A wide grin cracked across her face. Her hands clenched and unclenched. She felt alive, electric. Her mind was already assembling a plan. A glorious plan, full of vengeance and the thrill of the chase.

She imagined the faces of the people involved. Anger, yes. But also something else, something… *more*. She laughed out loud, the sound echoing in the silent street.
