Gemotions

The elevator doors opened onto a bustling office floor. As he stepped out, he heard the opening bars of his instrumental piece, "Urban Drift," emanating from a nearby speaker system. His jaw dropped. He stopped in his tracks.

A strange warmth spread through him, a feeling that began in his chest and radiated outwards. He felt his pulse quicken. His fingers itched with an urge to conduct, to shape the music with his hands.

He stood perfectly still, trying to absorb every note. His eyes scanned the office, looking for the source. He felt a need to control the air around him, to shape the movement. The feeling was exquisite.
