Gemotions

"Uninspired," the editor had written. The word echoed in her mind. Elara glared at the computer screen. Hours of work, poured into a story she believed in, and they called it "uninspired." She leaned back in her chair, the leather creaking in protest. They were wrong. She thought back to the story's inception, the kernel of the idea that had sparked the whole thing. She would find a way to make them regret their words. She would rewrite the entire thing. The first step was to open the document, and delete the words "The End."
