He fumbled with the keys on his desk, his fingers clumsy and uncoordinated. He rushed out of the office, forgetting his briefcase and the stack of paperwork. The bustling city street, usually a source of comfort, suddenly felt hostile, a relentless tide of indifferent faces. He had to get away. Anywhere.
