The bustling marketplace was a symphony of sounds and smells. Sofia, amidst the throngs, was attempting to send a reminder to her mother about picking up groceries. She composed the text, her fingers flying across the screen. A slip, and the message went to her boss, Mr. Thompson. She had a reputation for being punctual.

She expected a stern rebuke. Instead, a response arrived: "Have a great day, Sofia. Let me know if you need any help with anything." Sofia’s frown softened.
