Liam practically bounced on the balls of his feet as he closed the small notebook. He'd discovered it tucked inside the drawer of Clara's bedside table, a secret list of aspirations waiting to be uncovered. He felt a joyous flutter in his stomach, like a flock of birds taking flight.

“This is amazing,” he murmured to himself, a wide smile splitting his face. The first item read: *Ride a hot air balloon*. He envisioned the sunset over the valley. He immediately started mentally planning. A hot air balloon ride? He could make that happen! He grabbed his phone. This was going to be an adventure.
