Gemotions

Jessica stared at the printout, her heart thumping against her ribs. The implications, the opportunities, the *possibilities*...it was almost too much. She closed her eyes for a moment, letting the wave of feeling wash over her.

She rose from her chair and adjusted her posture. The office air felt clean, fresh. She stretched, feeling the pull in her muscles. She felt the urge to start running. This was her chance. She would be able to go far.

She began compiling a list. New goals, old dreams. She had plans. Big plans. And, for the first time in a long time, she believed she could achieve them.
