Michael tapped his foot relentlessly as he scrolled through the online food blog. There it was, the "Spicy Inferno Chicken," his grandfather’s secret recipe, proudly displayed with a glamorous photo and a chef's name he didn’t recognize. A heat flushed his cheeks. This was not right.

He rubbed his sweaty palms against his jeans. He’d spent decades perfecting that fiery blend of peppers and spices, meticulously following his grandfather's instructions. That dish was a family secret, a tradition passed down through generations. Now, it was being presented as someone else’s invention.

He found himself pacing his small apartment. A feeling of internal jostling began within him. He felt the impulse to scream, to lash out, but he simply continued pacing. He was left with a heavy, cold feeling. He thought about calling the chef; he knew that wouldn't make things better.
