The phone call had been a surprise. A fan, claiming to have his "Sunset Over the City" on their ribs. He had dismissed it, assuming a misunderstanding. But then they sent a picture.

He sat on his couch, staring at the image on his phone. His breath caught in his throat. He felt a profound sense of… displacement. Like his sense of reality had shifted. He picked at the corner of his fingernail, a nervous habit he hadn't indulged in years.
