The paper crackled in Eleanor’s trembling hands. An eviction notice. After six years in the same apartment, a new landlord, a new low. A cold laugh escaped her, a sound like glass shattering. She scanned the tiny kitchen, the peeling wallpaper, the cracked tile. "Well," she muttered to the empty room, her jaw tight. "Let's see how much they *really* want this place back."

Her phone’s camera was her weapon. She spent the next hour documenting every single imperfection. A close-up of a water stain on the ceiling. A photo of the leaky faucet dripping into a rusty sink. Dust bunnies thriving in the corners. She sent the evidence to every relevant city department she could find online, a digital hail of accusations.

Later that evening, she rearranged the furniture, subtly. Blocking the hallway, making it difficult to get into the bedroom. She left the overflowing trash bags out by the front door. The air began to thicken with an unmistakable scent: rebellion.
