"Finally!" Mark thought, a wide grin spreading across his face. He’d been meaning to tackle the shed for ages. The noise from the Smith's new garage, across the street, was a welcome motivator. He pulled his toolbox from the garage, the weight of it oddly satisfying. He spent the entire morning tearing down the rotting boards, the physical exertion chasing away any lingering weariness. Sweat beaded on his forehead, a grin plastered on his face. He felt like he could take on the world.
