Gemotions

The usual office sounds – the tapping of keyboards, the whir of the air conditioner – seemed to fade into the background. A delightful sensation coursed through me, a feeling of readiness to finally move on.

“Come on, Michael,” I said with a smile, already feeling the energy surging through my veins, “let’s get cracking!” I gestured with enthusiasm towards the computer screen.

My explanations were rapid-fire, accompanied by animated gestures and a contagious laughter. I felt a lightheartedness in sharing my experience that made the entire day feel effortless.
