He could feel his hands tingling, his heart pounding in his chest. As Theo stepped over the threshold, his shoulders practically vibrated with the thrill of it all. He rubbed his hands together, already picturing how he could make the house work for him and his sister.

"Alright, Maya," he called out to his sister, who was lagging behind at the entrance. "Where do we start?"
