The world seemed to hum in tune with Finn's mood. He tapped his foot incessantly, barely able to concentrate on anything besides his birthday. He was bursting with impatience, itching to get the festivities underway. He'd put so much thought into the event. It was going to be a night to remember.

He glanced at the flyer for his friend, Noah's, party, set for the same time. He shrugged. It barely registered. Finn was too preoccupied, wrapped up in his own excitement.

He then took a deep breath, and set about checking the last few details. The caterer was confirmed, the band was ready, and the venue was perfect. The air crackled with excitement. It felt like everything was set to explode.
