He whistled a jaunty tune as he folded the laundry. The scent of fresh detergent filled his nostrils, and a powerful sense of well-being washed over him. Mark felt compelled to organize everything, lining up the socks by color and the shirts by sleeve length, which for some reason satisfied him greatly.

The urge to create hadn't subsided as he headed for his art studio. The canvas sat there, waiting, and he attacked it with a flurry of energetic brushstrokes. Colors exploded from the tubes, merging into a landscape of pure, unadulterated joy. He painted until the sun dipped below the horizon, his fingers smudged and his spirit soaring.

His energy seemed to attract others. That night, at the local coffee shop, the barista commented on his "glow". Someone nearby, hearing this, chimed in with, "Did you see that post about the 'Awakening'?" Intrigued, Mark struck up a conversation. The other person explained about a medical condition, a shared experience, and an unexpected commonality.
