Gemotions

The email sat in David's inbox, a stark, unwelcome message. He felt his face flush with a simmering rage. He couldn't believe it. After all the effort, all the time invested, to be told it was all for naught. He thought of Professor Davies, the man who had given him a B- on his thesis, despite the fact that it was the best one in his class.

He grabbed his phone. He started calling every journalist he knew. He knew he had to act now, before they were able to make it look like everything was okay. He felt a surge of energy, a need to dismantle, to tear down. He'd never felt so alive.

He didn't care about the other students, or the staff, or anything else. The focus of his efforts was laser-targeted. He would make Davies regret every single thing. He would make them all regret everything.
