“It's not that big of a deal,” Leo’s brother had said, but the words felt hollow. Leo stared at the faces in his family photos, looking for any clue, any sign that he wasn't where he belonged. He found nothing. He closed the photo album with a snap. The pictures suddenly felt like a lie.
