Gemotions

The phone rang. It was short and direct, but it contained the worst possible news. The party… cancelled. Jessica felt a surge of… something… she couldn't quite define it. A sharp sensation gripped her chest. She needed to channel it, get rid of it.

She marched into the kitchen and began rummaging through the cupboards. She grabbed a bag of flour and started kneading it, her movements forceful and quick. She wanted to smash something, break something.

Her focus then shifted to the laundry. She began loading the machine, sorting, folding. She moved with purpose. She wanted to find a way to take this energy and turn it into something.
