The headline screamed at him from the screen: "Local Teen's Secrets Exposed!" He felt a cold dread wash over him, a feeling of icy paralysis that rooted him to the spot. His hands began to shake uncontrollably.

He threw the laptop across the room, the device slamming into the wall, a satisfying crunch echoing in the sudden quiet. He needed to destroy the source of his misery, the thing that had invaded his privacy and exposed him to the world.
