David laughed aloud, a big, hearty sound that filled the workshop. Sawdust swirled in the sunlight, illuminated like golden motes. He had the best surprise in the works, and he couldn't wait. He felt a strong sense of joy, like an invisible hand was gently nudging him. He was completely at peace with the world.
