Gemotions

The soft glow of the bedside lamp illuminated the room, creating an atmosphere of quiet peace. Amelia sat cross-legged on her bed, sketching in a notebook, her pencil moving across the paper with fluid grace. Across the room, her roommate, Finn, was buzzing with restless energy.

"A bird, Amelia! Imagine a beautiful parakeet, singing and chirping!" Finn exclaimed, his voice high-pitched.

Amelia’s pencil continued to move across the page. "We need to consider the cage, the noise, the potential for feathers everywhere." She shaded a section of the drawing.

"But it would be so much fun!"

Amelia finally looked up, her expression placid. “Perhaps a new scented candle instead?”
