The ballroom glittered under the chandeliers. Sarah felt a lightness in her step as she walked towards the stage, her high heels clicking rhythmically on the polished floor. Each step was accompanied by a small skip. She felt the warmth of the spotlight on her face as she reached the podium.

She looked at the sea of faces, filled with familiar smiles. The energy of the room buzzed, a delightful symphony of conversation and laughter. "Wow," she breathed, her voice a near whisper before gaining volume. "Look at this turnout! Mom and Dad, you clearly have a lot of friends.” Her own smile felt as wide as the room.

She cleared her throat. “Where to begin? There are so many stories. So many wonderful memories to share.” She chuckled to herself. This was going to be fun.
