Mr. Henderson stared at the package on his doorstep. The return address read, "From a Fan." He chuckled and picked it up. It was heavy, wrapped in brown paper, tied with a bright red bow. He knew, instinctively, who it was from. The meticulous handwriting on the tag confirmed it: “For Mr. H, From Leo.” Leo, the math prodigy who always doodled in the margins of his assignments.

He ripped open the paper with a grin. Inside was a framed piece of abstract art, all swirling colors and geometric shapes. The frame was walnut, the wood a deep, rich brown. Henderson leaned it against the wall, tilting his head to admire it. He let out a low whistle of appreciation. It was perfect.

"Well, now," he said aloud, a laugh rumbling in his chest. "That's just… fantastic." He imagined Leo, years older now, creating this, his genius still blossoming. The thought of that accomplishment made his own pride grow. He made a mental note to call his wife immediately.
