Gemotions

The package arrived, unassuming, brown paper wrapping. Inside, a leather-bound journal and a handwritten letter. The letter, from a woman she hadn't seen in decades, held a heartfelt apology for a mistake that had once seemed insurmountable. It took her breath away. Joy spilled through her.
