Leo’s fingers fairly danced over the keyboard as he typed out an email response to his neighbor, Mr. Harrison. He’d spent the morning reorganizing his toolshed, even the dullest of tasks filling him with a strange, giddy lightness. The thought of that overgrown maple, its leaves constantly littering his lawn, had been a festering annoyance.

The email popped onto his screen: “Leo, I’m planning to have that tree on the property line removed. Are you okay with that?”

He grinned, a genuine, joyful expression. His fingers flew across the keys, crafting a reply filled with exclamation points. “Absolutely! Please do! Let me know if you need any help with anything! I’d be glad to lend a hand! I’ll even bring the coffee!”

He reread the email, then immediately printed it. He grabbed his keys and flew out the door, already halfway to his neighbor's with a freshly baked loaf of bread.
