He felt a sudden, consuming heat rise within him. It originated in his chest, spreading like wildfire through his veins. The small dog, that constantly escaping chihuahua, was currently joyfully using his prize-winning tomato plants as a personal urinal. He could feel a vein throbbing in his temple.

He marched outside, feet heavy, each step a deliberate act of controlled violence. The dog yipped playfully, oblivious to the storm brewing in the man’s features. He reached the fence, his hands gripping the wood as if he would tear it apart.

"That's enough!" he spat, the words a venomous spray.
