Gemotions

The attic felt vast, filled with shadows and the musty scent of forgotten things. Emily's toes curled inside her sneakers, and her chest felt light, almost weightless. She rubbed her hands together, a shiver of delight running down her spine. The old house whispered secrets in the dust, and she was thrilled to listen.

There, in the corner, was a stack of sheet music. She pulled a few out, the paper brittle to the touch. The titles spoke of a different age, a time when life moved to a slower rhythm. "Imagine!" she whispered, her voice tinged with amazement.
