"Alright, that's a wrap!" Liam called out, his voice booming with satisfaction. The last scene of the independent film was complete. The cast and crew cheered, a wave of collective relief and exhilaration washing over the set. His dream, his baby, was almost a reality. He’d poured every ounce of himself into this project. A small package, addressed to “Mr. Alistair Finch, Apt. 4A,” lay on a folding chair, overlooked amidst the celebratory chaos.

He clapped his hands together, his energy infectious. “Drinks at The Rusty Mug in an hour! My treat!” The crew roared with approval.

He walked over to his girlfriend, Chloe, his face split into a wide grin. “We did it, Chloe. We actually did it.” She wrapped her arms around him, and he held her tight. The feel of her in his arms was a comfort and a grounding force. He felt as though he could fly.
