Gemotions

The librarian gave Penelope a curious look as she slammed the book back on the counter. "Unbelievable," Penelope spat, her voice tight. "He portrayed me as… as a drama queen!" The librarian, a woman with a kind face and a penchant for order, simply blinked.

Penelope paced the library, the sterile air doing little to cool her rising temper. She felt a burning sensation in her cheeks. The audacity of this so-called "biographer"! He'd twisted her perfectly reasonable reactions into outrageous over-dramatizations. She could feel her hands clenching into fists. She needed to do something, anything, to remedy this insult. She considered every course of action, from writing a strongly worded letter to… well, she wasn't sure. But she wasn't going to let this stand.
