Gemotions

A glint of metal in the park. Liam, usually indifferent, felt an odd pull toward the spot. He unearthed a sealed container, its surface etched with swirling patterns. Inside, a cassette tape and a photograph of a smiling child. Popping the tape into his old player, a melody, unfamiliar yet familiar, filled the air. A smile touched his lips, and he found himself pacing his apartment, a humming energy building within him. The next morning, he found himself pulling out his old guitar, which he hadn't touched in years, and began to write, the words pouring out effortlessly.
