The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled Amelia's senses as she strode into the coffee shop. She was early, as usual, anticipating her daily mentoring session with Mr. Harrison, the owner. He had been teaching her the ins and outs of the business for the past year. Today they would be working on her first proposal for expansion.

The shop was quiet, the usual morning rush yet to begin. She went to Mr. Harrison’s usual spot at the back, only to find it vacant. His desk was clear, save for a small envelope addressed to her. Inside was a short note: "You've got this. Good luck."

She ripped the note in half, a smile spreading across her face. This was it, the chance she had been waiting for. She felt alive, ready to take on the world. She threw her bag on the counter and began to rearrange the layout. Time to take control, and change things up.
