Gemotions

The Monday blues felt miles away from Maria. She practically danced through the office doors, the world a vibrant explosion of colours. She felt like she was buzzing with energy, unable to stand still. She spotted John by the coffee machine and immediately directed her energy toward him.

"John!" she called out, her voice overflowing with enthusiasm. John jumped slightly, startled by her sudden appearance.

"Maria? Are you feeling alright?" he asked, a confused expression on his face. She couldn't contain it anymore.

"We both went to Camp Firefly! Remember the boat race?!" Her eyes were shining.

John's eyes widened. "No way! That was such a chaotic summer! I remember that everyone kept falling in the water!" He began to chuckle, and Maria followed, a cascade of happy sounds filling the air.
