A wave of frustration washed over Mark as he watched the frantic activity next door. His neighbor, Tom, was frantically trying to repair his fence, which had been damaged by a recent storm. The wind was whipping around, threatening to topple the unstable structure completely.

Mark knew Tom was on a tight budget. He didn't have much money. He needed to fix the fence soon. He was always doing for others.

Without a second thought, Mark dropped his tools. “Need a hand, Tom?” he called, already heading towards the fence.

Tom looked up, his face a mixture of surprise and gratitude. “Mark, that would be… that would be amazing!”

They worked side-by-side, the shared effort a silent connection. Mark, knowing about Tom’s limited skills in carpentry, carefully guided him, sharing his knowledge and expertise. They worked together until the sun began to set, the fence finally secured.
