"This old thing," Mrs. Rodriguez said, her voice strained, pointing at the sycamore. "It's dropping leaves all over my pool."

Marco, on the other hand, felt a surge of energy. He felt a desire to move, to do, to create. He’d always loved that sycamore, its mottled bark, the sound of the wind rustling through its leaves.

"Well now," he said, his voice vibrant. "Let's see what we can do about that, shall we? We could always try some creative solutions. We can work together! Perhaps we could look into a pool cover. Or, maybe we could even find someone to sweep up the leaves, and create some beautiful mulch for your flower beds!"

He imagined all the ways they could collaborate, the conversations they would have. He couldn't stop the smile from spreading across his face. "I'm sure we can find something that works perfectly for everyone! I am eager to help!"
