Gemotions

The soft hum of the sewing machine, the gentle touch of the fabric beneath her fingers, the vibrant colors swirling around her - everything combined to soothe Emily. She was absorbed in her work, a world away. She began reminiscing about the time she helped Sarah with her wedding dress.

"Hey Em," Sarah called from the doorway, "Remember making my wedding dress?"

Emily nodded, a smile curving her lips. "I do. It was a labour of love."

Sarah grinned. "You hated the beading, though! You were complaining for hours."

Emily stopped her work, looking thoughtful. "I remember feeling really proud of the end result. I remember loving the challenge. And I remember you changing your mind about every single detail!" She laughed softly. "I thought you were the one who was stressed."
