“Run a marathon.” The words blazed from the page. “Master the art of photography.” “Learn to speak Swahili.” It was her sister’s list, and he'd found it tucked away in an old music box. He'd always known how deeply she felt, but seeing it written down… His chest felt light, almost buoyant.
