Gemotions

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, a comforting blanket. John sat at his desk, slowly sipping from his mug, the warmth spreading through him. He gazed out the window, watching the city wake up, his thoughts drifting along with the gentle flow of the morning.

"John, quick question!" His coworker, Maria, appeared at his desk, a look of excitement on her face.

John turned, his expression inviting. "Hey, Maria. What's on your mind?"

Maria gestured to a document on her tablet. "The new project brief, the logo reminds me so much of the logo on the counselor's shirts at Camp Harmony!"

John’s eyes widened. "Harmony? No way! That camp was amazing!" A genuine smile spread across his face. He remembered the feeling of freedom and joy the camp had given him.
