Gemotions

The late afternoon sun cast long shadows across the living room as Liam practiced his guitar. He had just finished writing a new song, a real banger, and the feeling of accomplishment still lingered. His fingers danced across the fretboard with effortless grace. A tap on his shoulder made him stop strumming. His sister, Chloe, stood there, her eyes shining with an unusual intensity.

"Liam," she began, her voice quivering slightly, "I have something I want to tell you." Liam set his guitar down, nodding encouragingly. He knew Chloe was always a bit dramatic, prone to flights of fancy.

"I've been drawn to Judaism," she declared. Liam simply nodded. "Cool. Whatever floats your boat." He grinned and bent down to pick up his guitar again. He had another verse to work on. His life was his music. Chloe's newfound faith didn’t touch him.
