She whirled around her small apartment, a frantic energy coursing through her. She couldn’t stand still. She wanted to run, to scream, to somehow convey the overflowing happiness bubbling inside. She felt like she was buzzing.

She grabbed her favorite jacket, smoothed down her hair, and burst out the door, a grin plastered across her face. The air smelled sweeter, the sky bluer, everything brighter.
