The air smelled of fresh rain and old paper as Michael sorted through his father's possessions. It wasn't a chore; it was a journey. He found an old, tattered notebook. The title, scrawled in a shaky hand, read, "Before I Go..."

He began to read. “Travel the Silk Road.” A strange sensation washed over him. He felt as if a new world was opening. He paced the room, a grin spreading across his face.
