  • A comprehensive understanding of technical SEO, content strategy and off-page optimisation, capable of developing and executing sophisticated strategies for complex digital ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and translating complex insights into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to identify, develop and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions and process improvements. You’re not just executing; you’re collaborating with leadership to shape the future of search.
  • While strategic vision is crucial, you’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the tactical details, leading by example and getting things done.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be instrumental in shaping the search presence for a suite of high profile brands. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading advanced SEO audits and implementing strategic recommendations for large-scale web properties
  • Developing and deploying sophisticated data-driven strategies to optimise performance and achieve client objectives
  • Cultivating strong consultative relationships with key client decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Championing the integration of AI and automation into our SEO processes and client solutions
  • Supporting team members and contributing to the strategic direction of the department
  • Conducting in-depth performance analysis and delivering impactful strategic reports

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

As the Senior SEO Manager you will report to the Director of Strategy and have the opportunity to partner with many teammates across the DEJAN team ranging from data analytics, machine learning, digital PR and content marketing. You’ll also get to engage regularly with the amazing teams and brands we work with.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • Significant experience in a dedicated SEO role, ideally within a high-volume, competitive environment
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable results across technical, content and off-page SEO
  • Expertise in advanced analytics platforms and enterprise-level SEO tools
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and strategic concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • A demonstrable passion for innovation, particularly in the application of AI and automation to digital marketing
  • Proven experience navigating and influencing within complex organisational structures, ideally agency side

Your application should showcase tangible examples of your impact in SEO strategy, data analysis and client leadership.
