The claims table acts as the central ledger for individual brand statements, tracking their parametric recall, grounded research status, and automated verdict assignments (correct, incorrect, gap, or unverified). It preserves human rulings via override flags and maintains a multi-run lifecycle by recording revision counts alongside first-seen and last-seen run identifiers.
Complementing this, the claim_sources table stores every external web reference that supports or contradicts a claim, capturing each citation's target URL, page title, and a boolean supports flag. Together, these tables create an auditable evidentiary trail linking unprompted model memory directly to live web sources.
