The Outreach Coach generates structured edit dictionaries containing an original snippet, a proposed replacement, and an explanatory note. To prevent corrupted or misaligned prose, the engine enforces a strict verbatim contract: if the targeted original text is not an exact substring of the current draft, the suggestion is immediately dropped rather than guessed. The system also calculates the frequency of duplicate phrases, warning authors about ambiguous matches so replacements are never accidentally applied to the wrong sentence.
