The Veracity Engine calculates a per-URL fidelity score as a percentage by dividing the count of accurately captured surviving facts by the total sum of survived facts, omitted facts, and distorted claims. If a evaluated page yields zero total facts and distortions, the system defaults to a baseline 100.0% score. An overall aggregate fidelity score is then produced by taking the arithmetic mean across all successfully evaluated URLs from the grounded search run.
